Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser

I have read soooo many reviews about this product and it being the dupe of the benefit
pore professional I had to get it. The thing I liked about this was the packaging, how it comes in a little squeeze tube with a nozzle to get the product out.
This isn't like other primers that I own, this is a clear gel type formula its easy to blend .and dries to a matte finish, I don't think it has much of a smell. You don't need a lot - a pea-sized amount spreads a long long way. I apply it all over my face focusing on my forehead and nose the most!

In my opinion I cant notice a lot of different in my pores if I go close up to the mirror I can notice a slight change but that's about it, although it makes my skin feel so soft, light and silky, my makeup glides on perfectly after I've applied this and I've found my makeup has stayed on a lot longer which is a plus.

It retails for £7.99 for 22ml and is available at Boots or Superdrug.

Have you tried the baby skin before?

  12. I am very tempted to try this, the packaging is good but I HATE the design, I just think it looks a bit childish!

  15. never heard of this product! Luckily my pores are pretty small to begin with, one of the only perks of dry skin lol. But it sounds like a great primer!

I've never tried this before but I am a fan of Benefit's Porefessional stuff - I will have to keep my eyes open for Maybelline's stuff in Boots instead! :-) x

  19. I haven't been able to try this as it still isn't available in Latvia. But hopefully soon.
From your review it seems to be quite good and seeing as I can't have benefit's porefessional, hopefully this will be my go to primer.

  20. I've only recently bought the Porefessional and with that being my first primer I haven't had the chance to try many others. I was thinking about getting this one next. I don't really have pores that are noticeable I just want my makeup to last longer!

  21. I haven't tried Baby Skin but I have wanted to. Great review, it sounds like it wasn't mattifying but it did help your makeup last. Unfortunately I have shiny forehead syndrome so I need a matte finish. Thanks for the helpful review!
