LoveMeBeauty Box / September Edition

Love Me beauty had abit of a relaunch, instead of choosing between 3 menus, subscribers are free to browse the boutique with 6 credits each month against the products that appeal to you, they give you a beauty survey, thats all about your skin, hair colour etc, once you have filled that out, they then provide you with a few products on what you based your answers on in the survey, you are then given 6 credits to spend, everything is either 1-2 credits so you should be able to get 3-6 products every month depending on what you choose.

The selection wasn't big, but I'm hoping that will be improved in the future. I actually asked for 2 more products but a lady messaged me saying they had run out of stock, ' I wasn't impressed' so she offered me an extra 2 credits to use next month so in all ill have 8 credits to use 'which I'm not complaining about lol'. Now lets go ahead and see what I picked...
Nail Girls - Nail Polish
Who can never have too many nail polishes? I haven't heard of this brand before , Nail girls. I actually don't own a light pink nail polish, I'm interested to see how long this will last on my nails, its a lovely colour to add to my collection.

Murad Age-Diffusing Firming Mask
I have never tried Murad products before,  I always see them in Marks & Spencers and every time i walk past I always have a peek, I love using masks its one of my favourite products to use if I'm having a paper evening, I can't wait to use it, I'm defiantly going to make this little sample last a long time its so cute.
Murad - acne & Wrinkle Reducer
I also picked another Murad product, I know this is a good brand and quite expensive so as I had the chance of picking it, I did lol, I know it says its for acne and wrinkles but it may be good for the odd spot I receive, I may just have to work with it, and give it a go and see if it does any wonders to my skin.
 Absolute Bronzing Boost
This was an exciting product to receive, I love bronzers and I could keep buying them, this is a liquid bronzer and very runny, I had to test this out straight away, I had no idea what was the best way to apply it so I applied this under my makeup, then applied my foundation on top, it looked very natural, I can't wait to use it more and see which is the best way to use it.

Overall, I really like the idea of picking your own products, from now on you wont be receiving products your not interested in trying, however the price hasn't changed so your still paying £10 plus p&p. I can't wait for next months box (october) and I'm hoping it will be even better.

Primark Ankle Boots

One of my favourite fashion pieces when it comes to autumn/winter, are ankle boots, I love them. Ever since buying my other black chunky boots (Review Here) Ive been on the look out for some more, but just not as chunky. I'm definitely a fan of Primark boots, they are cheap, in good condition and last fore a decent amount of time, Now its turning colder, I can see myself wearing these quite a lot, I love that I can pop them on with anything, leggings, over sized t-shirts, dresses, skirts with tights. These are very comfy, I like that the heel isn't too big, so there easy and comfortable to walk in. I find these more comfortable than some of my flats i own from Primark lol. They are just plain boots which go with anything.

Id definitely recommend these, I've worn them pretty much most weekends too, when I'm going to dinner, or a few drinks, they look great and are super comfy, they are roughly around £15.00 and I know Primark isn't always reliable but they do seem quite sturdy so I'm hoping to get lots of use out of these, as I know ill be wearing them a lot.

Are you a fan of ankle boots?

Marc Jacobs / Daisy Dream Purfume

This perfume doesn't need no introduction, Its such a beautiful glass bottle, mirrored lid and covered in 3D white daisies. The amount of perfumes I have I don't own a Marc Jacobs which is shocking I know, I'm happy to now own the Daisy Dream perfume. This is definitely one of the prettiest bottles I own, it looks so pretty in my collection and its smells heavenly too. I find scents hard to describe but the fragrance is very light and airy with a mixture of fruity floral scents, top notes of blackberry, fresh grapefruit and succulent pear, the heart impacts a rich, feminine jasmine, notes of lychee and blue wisteria. A dream drydown of white woods, musks and coconut water.

This is definitely my go to perfume, its so girly and fresh. I don't like smelling too over powerful in the day, so this is nice and sutlle, but with it being quite a light fragrance it doesn't last as long through out the day so I end up using more than I should. However its so lovely and fresh, Daisy Dream is my new favourite.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream 30ML - £32.99

The Body Shop All-In-One / Insta Blur Review

Ive only just discovered how good The Body shop make-up is, there was a 3 for 2 going on at the time which made me happy, I love primers, and I new I must definitely give this one ago, as yet again I see this everywhere around the blogging community lol.

Retails Description - 12h shine control, Reduces appearance on pores, blemish hiding, complexion Unifying, and makeup extending. Your all thinking does it really do all of them? It actually does apart from the redness and blemishes as i don't have them, 12hour shine control doesn't actually work for 12hours but I've found I haven't needed to powder as much which is a plus for me.

I use this under my foundation, I'm have combination skin so I look for anything thats going to keep some of the shine away and to hide my hideous large pores, the texture is quite solicone-y but that doesn't bother me once massaged over the skin it had a light powdery effect and it soaks into the skin nicely. I love how soft it made my skin. Ive used this for about a month and I've got plenty left, a little goes a long way.

Overall it made my foundation glide on and it spreaded around quickly so it didn't take me long to blend it all in, I love how it brightened up my complexion and the fact it minimised my pores so they weren't as noticeable as normal. I noticed when I did a 8 hour day at work by night time my makeup looked pretty decent still, woo! This is defeintly a thumbs up for me.

No Clogs Allowed / Soap & Glory Review

I'm finally back to blogging and have a post up yaaay, it seems ages ago even thought it's been about 2 weeks, everything has been so crazy since being back from my holiday, anywaysss I thought id review the soap & Glory Super Self Heating Deep Pore Detox Mask No Clogs Allowed (that was a long word) I remember I put this is my boots haul and every one wanted to see my thoughts on this mask, so here it is, i also waited a couple of months to test it out and to see if it actually works....

Soap and glory no clogs allowed, is a self heating deep pore detox mask, this face mask helps prevent breakouts and blemishes by deep cleaning your pores and the addition of glycerin also helps the skin feel soft and supple. This is perfect for those combination/oily skins out there.

The application is very easy all you do is shake the product first, so it doesn't come out all gloopy, then massage it all over your face, then wet your hands, and then scrub it until it turns blue, that's when you feel the 'self heating' happening. This is my first ever self heating mask it felt weird when i first applied it, it was much warmer than I expected, but it isn't hot, it only warms up the first time when you start to apply and scrub. I normally wait 5 minutes and then take it off using a muslin cloth with warm water.

My thoughts on it - I love it, the blackheads on my nose are less visible, my face feels so fresh and bright and less dull, It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and tight like other masks have. Its a great mask to have in your collection when your having those pamper nights.

Its retails at £11.50 I'm sure it was only £10.00 when I got it, if you know you'll love it and will use it twice a week, definitely go out and buy it!!

Have you tried this mask before? Whats your thoughts?
