Love Me Beauty Box / August Edition

I always enjoy opening up my love Me Beauty Box, You pick from 3 menus and each one is just a tiny bit different, I love that you can pick your own box and you know what your going to get, its just £10 plus p&p. Lets see what I picked up this month, I picked menu 3.
Marsk - Mineral Eye Shadow ''Lucky Penny'' £14.49
This is 100% natural mineral based loose powder, from the cruelty free brand Marsk, This is an exciting one as I can't use eyeshadow on my eye lids as they make my eye lids dry and puffy, but seeing as this is 100% natural i'll defiantly be able to use this :D It's a coppery shade so perfect for autumn/winter, pigmentation is amazing.
A La Carte - Smudge - Proof Eyebrow Definer in Blonde £23
Ive never heard of this brand before, I thought the colour was going to be more suited for blondes but it seems quite brown so hopefully the shade will suit me,you can use it for brows, eyeliner or semi-permanent body art, I love a product you can use for more than one thing.
Mirabella - Lip Luster Liner ''Shy'' £10.50
This is a super moisturing lip liner, which you can apply all over your lips before applying lipstick or lipgloss, I don't really wear lip liners, due to laziness, but now I have one I may start using it, the shade is gorgeous a lovely pinky nudey colour.
Oriflame - Swedish Spa Beauty Wonder Oil £8.45
I love products like this, a multi - purpose product, It can be used in the bath, body oil or hair oil, I'm mostly definitely looking forward to trying it on my hair before washes, I hope it'll make it feel super soft. It has a lovely ginger floral scent.
left : Eye Shadow, Middle : Lip Pencil, Right : Eyebrow Definer

This month isn't as packed as lasts months but I still got 4 full size products with an overall value of £55, its pretty amazing, I love seeing more makeup included.

What do you think of this months Beauty Box?.

The Body Shop Haul

Ive never bought makeup from The Body Shop before, so I was very interested to see what the hype was about as these 3 products have been talked about everywhere on Blogs and YouTube. Luckily enough it was 3 for 2 :) I picked up the All in One BB Cream in shade 01,  I love bb creams and seeing as The body shop do this I'm keen to see how it will look on my skin and what the coverage is like, it'll be great for the hot days i reckon, next I picked up the All in one Insta Blur, its basically a primer and it comes out quite thick, I've used it once and it made my skin super soft and made my foundation glide one, I was surprised how well my makeup looked still, at the end of work, so I'm definitely happy I picked that one up. The last one I picked up was the Tea Tree Pore Minimiser, this was recommend lots, by everyone on the #bbloggers twitter chats on a sunday/wednesday evening, they are great as everyone gives you such great suggestions, I haven't tried this out yet, but I have large pores so I look for anything that will minimise them and everyone recommend it so I have high hopes for this.

I can't wait to do some reviews and tell you how they worked for me, please let me know if you have tried any of these 3 products, and what you think, and if they actually work!

Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty Tag

I love doing TAG posts, haven't done one in a while so thought it was about time I did one again.

1 Greed: What is your most in expensive beauty products? What is your most expensive beauty product? My most inexpensive product I have is The Collection Lasting protection Concealer which is only around £4 and i LOVE it, my expensive product is my Nars powder in barcelona, its amazing and gives the best coverage, thats £24.

2 WRATH: - What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? I have a serious love/hate with eyeliner, everyone makes it look so easy and tidy, I always find the line wonky or never straight, always looks a mess.

3 GLUTTONY: What are your most delicious beauty product? Mac lipsticks, they smell soooo good. I love the vanilla scent.

4 SLOTH: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness? It would probably be highlighter, but I've started using it again, and I'm currently using mac soft & gentle, I forgot how amazing it looks on the skin.

5 PRIDE: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence. A decent Concealer to cover up my horrible dark circles.

6 LUST: What arributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex? I love a guy who's good looking, smart, kind and funny.

7 ENVY: What items would you like to receive as a gift? Hmm this is tough, it would be perfumes, I never buy them for myself, I always get them for my birthday or christmas, I currently got Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream for my birthday from my brother which I'm loving.

I TAG all of you.
Let me know if you have done this Tag below.

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish / Soft and Gentle

Mac Soft and Gentle is part of the Mineralize Skin finish family and I remember buying it around 2 years ago and I reach for this almost everyday for the natural glow look, and its still going strong, I must admit I did forget about it for a year haha. This highlighter is amazing, its a lovely mixture of  a gold, bronzed look, it gives me such a luminous finish, a quick swirl on the cheek bones and I'm left with a perfect amount of glow, without me looking too overdone, it is very buildable but too much and you will end up looking like a disco ball. It goes with any look and any skin tone. I use my real Techniques setting brush to apply, any small brush will do, or ill even use my fingers for a more pigmented look if I'm going out somewhere nice in the evening. It blends in really well with my foundation powder and bronzer.

This product retails at £23.00 OMG its gone up in price, it was only £21.50. BUT its worth it as you get ALOT of product, Its such a luxury item to have, ill probably repurchase it if I ever hit pan.

Have you tried this highlighter?

So Susan Product Review

The lovely Dragos from So Susan emailed me asking if I would like to review 3 new products from there line, a blush, mascara, and Dual Brow Powder, I was super excited as I was impressed from last time when he sent me some other products to review. Please ignore the dents on the packaging, I couldn't get the product out so kind of ruined the edge which is annoying haha but anyways Ive had a good try and I've been testing them out everyday and I can say I'm really impressed, here's a little bit more about each product below.
This Dual Brow Powder is new to the So Susan line, Ive never tried a Dual Brow Powder before, so I was interested to see if id like it as I'm always using a brow pencil, I have officially found a new love for my eyebrows, I really like it, its very easy to apply and makes my eyebrows look so natural and its very easy to fill in, the palette comes in two shades and also had a decent size mirror and a little application brush which was angled slightly so you can get right underneath the brow bone, Ive tried the dark brown shade which matches me perfectly, the lighter brown however is a bit too orange for my liking. I'm definitely going to carry on using this as my everyday routine.
You can Purchase it HERE
This mascara is new to the So Susan line also, its a intense carbon black formulated with healuronic spheres to help you achieve the darkest, curviest lashes possible. I am loving the cute gold packaging, The brush is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but I actually loved the formulation and how it made my eye lashes look, they didn't clump up, they gave my lashes a bit of volume but wasn't too much, looked very natural, another thumbs up for me.
You can purchase it HERE
This blush is meant to suit all skin tones due to its claims that it 'works with your skins natural chemistry to create a universal healthy flush' I'm not sure if that's true but it looks very pretty on my skin, its very easy to apply and super blendable, it looks ver similar to Nars orgasm?, I don't need to use a highlighter as its shimmer enough, a two in one product you can't go wrong with that? It kind of looked a bit cheap looking when I pulled it out of the box but the product itself is amazing and such a pretty colour to wear in the day/night. I have had quite a few compliments when wearing it so that's a plus.

Overall So Susan products didn't disappoint again, definitely go check out there website.
Have you tried any So Susan products before? what do you think of the brand.
